My training philosophy is based on looking at the whole person. I believe that an individual’s health is reflected in the way they think and feel about themselves.
I take a highly individualized approach to make sure that I have an honest perspective on my client’s physical, mental and emotional health prior to creating a customized program.
I am passionate about supporting everyone in reaching their fitness goals while promoting their mental health and well-being.
I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients from young athletes, to mature clients to those with learning differences.
With an undergrad in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo along with a Human Nutrition Minor and a French Language Certificate, I like to thinks of myself as a Life-Long-Learner!
After my undergrad, I earned a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from NSCA. I can easily adapt my teaching style to fit the needs of different clients.
I also am a OCT certified French Immersion Teacher. Si tu parles français, j’aimerais te parler!
