Emily received a minor in Human Nutrition from the University of Waterloo and can support you in making better food choices for your overall health!

In general, people understand that they should be eating less refined sugar and more fruits & vegetables, but there is so much more to proper nutrition and healthy eating habits than that!

Most people don’t understand how to fuel their bodies without restricting themselves. Whether you are a 50+ female who is concerned about your bone density, or a 20+ year old male looking to put on muscle, Emily can assist you in choosing the right foods to achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable way.
